I’ve made a bunch of recipes that use all of the leftovers and are fun and DELICIOUS twists on the classics. I have sliders,casseroles, soups and even a few more coming later this season! It makes the whole week feel easier and gives your budget a little break after the holiday.
How to Make Leftovers Fresh Again
Freeze extra meat: Freeze extra turkey now for easy meals in December
Add a splash of broth to turkey: keeps it juicy and tender when reheating.
Reheat stuffing in the oven or air fryer: brings back that delicious crunchy texture.
Stir in milk or sour cream to mashed potatoes: makes them creamy again.
Fresh is best: Add fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon to brighten things
